a reminder to those in zone 5

Start your broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage seeds indoors.

You can also start your lettuce, head and leaf, green onions, bulb onions, peas and spinach.

This is if you have an average last frost date of May 6.

I know, I know, I know, but I want to sleep some more.

Really. I looked just the other day and saw that I had better get on it. Rick says that he will take care of the garden when we go to Utah. Wow! And the DOG! Double WOW!

Love,
Margo

I know you will know--should I start my peppers yet? I can't remember.

Not quite yet on the peppers. 8 Weeks before last frost, the broccoli, cauliflower, etc. are the cool weather crops that can put up with a frost-them pepper can not!

The days are so different. Instead of mess and homeschool teaching I have a DH working from home and quiet until 2:54 when #6 (who is 10)...
