Umm... I'm not sure. I'm not sure I handle stress at all [smile].

...hmm... I think it depends on the type of stresser I'm encountering. Sometimes I totally clam up. Sometimes I blow up. But I'm not the best person in the world [smile].

Apparently, I lose my hair.

Probably not much help, huh?

I don't think anyone REALLY "handles" stress. I just survive it... or maybe I should say that those around me survive my wrath. Evening and weekend getaways have helped though if I can manage them.

It really has decreased my stress that I am the youngest person living in my home. They (the main stressors) do grow up and move away. :)

I do it the "girly" way...a hot bath or shopping. Both work really well for me.

Stress - you would not be alive if there was not stress. It all depends on how you "cope" with it. IF you control the "stress" then what is stress over if. If you don't control or own the stress -- no worries, you can't change it anyway. No matter how "Old" your kids are though -- they will always be a challenge. XO's

I know what I am supposed to do to counter stress, exercise. So, do I actually do it? NO. I think I am on the same lines as Natalie. Once in a while we procrastinate and watch TV. That numbs up the mind a little bit.

Yeah, I'm no help. I lose my hair, and yell at my kids more than I should. Shopping is good, but I can't remember the last time I could actually do that as stress relief. I used to try to sit and watch some TV at night when the kids were in bed, but currently reading is my stress relief. I've found myself longing for more time to read it has been so enjoyable the last two months.

Sorry, one more thought. My best stress relief moments were when all of us moms would go out to dinner and sit and talk for hours. I moved, then almost everyone else moved too.

The days are so different. Instead of mess and homeschool teaching I have a DH working from home and quiet until 2:54 when #6 (who is 10)...
