1 box (a whole one) of quick oats
1 1/2 c. dry milk
1 1/2 c. creamer
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1-2 c. freeze dried strawberries, blueberries, whatever you want
Mix it all together. Put back in container. For use, 1/2 c. of mix and 3/4-1 c. hot water. Figured out the cost to be about 20 cents per serving.
#4 wants to have it for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

1 1/2 c. brown sugar

where do you get your freeze dried fruit? the girls would love that. . .
I got them at Trader Joe's. I have also gotten them from Emergency Essentials.
Awesome use of food storage items. Thanks for sharing!!! (Even if Russ and I are the only ones eating it.)
I've been trying to make my own packets since PinkOne decided she likes those for breakfast. Do you think I could use all creamer for a non-dairy version? I bought freeze-dried apples in the baby food section to add to them.
